Located on 47 beautiful acres in the great outdoors of Central Texas, Tres Rios RV Resort is named for the three rivers that converge in its region –the Brazos and Paluxy Rivers, and Squaw Creek. We offer lodging to suit any camping style, from peaceful riverside tent sites and full hook-up RV sites to a variety of comfortable cabins.

Thanks to our proximity to the three rivers, there is an ample opportunity for river riding, swimming, tubing, and canoeing, as well as fishing and other water sports. Our location outside of Glen Rose, Texas also makes us a great vacation destination. The Somervell County seat, Glen Rose boasts a quaint yet bustling historic downtown with great shops, antique stores, and restaurants.

Glen Rose is also known as the “Dinosaur Capital of Texas." Dinosaur Valley State Park is located just outside of Glen Rose, where visitors can examine a large number of dinosaur footprints known as the Glen Rose Formation in the bed of the Paluxy River. The park includes walking trails and scenic picnic areas as well. Fossil Rim Wildlife Center, an 1,800 acre wildlife preserve featuring a variety of animal species, is also only a few miles away. The preserve is home to emus, giraffes, zebras, wolves, and many other animals that visitors can get up close and personal with.
